  • Richards, Cardenal, Tützer, Zabala & Zaefferer (2001 – Present) Partner leading the “Compliance, Investigations, and Cybersecurity” team. Specialized in compliance, cybersecurity, anti-piracy, IT, complex contracts, negotiations, and real estate. Over 20 years at the firm, coordinated and led internal investigations in local and international companies subject to Argentine and foreign regulations and policies. Also led related legal proceedings involving computer fraud, hacking, copyright infringement, violation of secrets, fraudulent administration, bribery, harassment, smuggling, trademark counterfeiting, and banking fraud. Regularly advises clients on drafting, implementing, and reviewing compliance policies and internal training processes. Key clients include IT, real estate, consulting, IT services, hardware, telecommunications, automotive, laboratories, apparel and footwear, and financial services companies. As an external advisor, involved in drafting and reviewing bills on email, privacy, net neutrality, cloud computing, and cybercrime.
