Professional Background

Founding partner of the law firm Richards, Cardinal, Tützer, Zabala & Zaefferer.

In his professional career, he has actively participated in the privatization process of state-owned enterprises carried out by the Argentine government during the 1990s, advising national and foreign companies in various tenders in the transportation and energy sectors. He was later appointed as a member of some of the boards of directors of privatized companies.

Specialized in the areas of administrative and regulatory law, he has participated in numerous commercial arbitrations and investment arbitrations before international tribunals and their implications before local courts.
